While we believe that all of our Master Trainers are fantastic, we also know that not all personalities blend well together. If you would like to change your Master Trainer, please follow the applicable instructions below.

IF you selected your current trainer less than 30 days ago AND you have NOT submitted more than 2 assignments, we will provide you with ONE complimentary Master Trainer change. Please email us at [email protected] and include your name, the email you use to log into your course, your current Master Trainer, and your desired Master Trainer (if you know who you would like to switch to). Once you switch Master Trainers, you may not switch back.

If you are more than 30 days into your course OR if you have submitted more than 2 assignments, unfortunately, we are not able to provide you with a complimentary Master Trainer switch. However, you are welcome to do a paid switch at any time. Simply complete the form below with your payment and you will be directed to a form which you will use to select your new Master Trainer (or you can select a new trainer in your course portal). Changing your Master Trainer will reset your course timeline so you will have one year from the switch to complete your course.
