LIVE AND VIRTUAL CERTIFICATION TRAININGS
To get the most out of your Level 1 Certification training—and ensure that our live sessions stay focused and effective—it’s vital that all participants complete the required pre-training preparation.
Pre-requisites:
This course is designed for individuals with at least 6 months of pole experience who are already comfortable with the basic climb, side climb, jasmine, and beginner spins (e.g., fireman, chair, hook spins).
For In-Person Trainings
All pre-training materials must be reviewed before your live session begins. This allows your trainer to focus on helping you develop real teaching skills—not reviewing lecture content or explaining moves that should already be understood.
For Virtual Trainings (via Zoom):
You’ll receive a welcome email with instructions on what to review prior to your first group meeting . The course is delivered in manageable weekly (or bi-weekly) chunks, so you don’t need to review everything at once—but starting with the assigned prep will help you stay on track.

Prerequisites:
To enroll, you should have at least 6 months of pole experience and be comfortable with:

This course focuses on how to teach pole, not learning pole from scratch. If you haven’t mastered these moves yet, we recommend becoming a PFA Premium Member. Premium Membership includes a pre-certification course at no additional charge that prepares you for certification.
